The appearance of colors, materials, finishes, textures, and printed products may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, printing methods, materials, manufacturing tolerances, and production processes.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended function or overall quality of the product will not normally be considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, materials, designs, manufacturing processes, or available options where reasonably necessary.

Custom Products

Many products supplied by Awan Prints are made, printed, cut, finished, or customized according to customer requirements.

Custom products may include products featuring:

Once production has started, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.

Quotations

Quotations provided by Awan Prints are based on the information available at the time the quotation is prepared.

Quotation prices may depend on:

Orders

An order is considered submitted when the customer completes the applicable ordering process, accepts a quotation, confirms an order, or otherwise instructs Awan Prints to proceed.

Submission of an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Information provided is incomplete

  • Pricing information contains an obvious error

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • Customer requirements cannot reasonably be fulfilled

  • Artwork is unsuitable for production

  • The requested content violates applicable law

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified

  • Production capacity is unavailable

  • Delivery restrictions prevent fulfillment

If payment has already been made for an order we are unable to accept, an appropriate refund will be processed according to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Customer Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate information when requesting quotations or placing orders.

This may include:

  • Customer name

  • Business information

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Billing information

  • Delivery address

  • Product specifications

  • Quantities

  • Artwork

  • Customization instructions

  • Finishing requirements

  • Delivery requirements

Awan Prints will not be responsible for delays, additional costs, failed deliveries, or incorrect products caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Customer Artwork and Design Files

Customers may provide artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other materials for use in producing custom products.

By submitting materials to Awan Prints, you confirm that:

  • You own the materials or have permission to use them

  • You have the right to authorize us to reproduce the materials

  • The materials do not infringe intellectual property rights

  • The materials do not violate privacy rights

  • The materials are not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise prohibited

  • The materials comply with applicable laws and regulations

Customers remain responsible for the content and legality of all submitted materials.

Awan Prints may refuse to print, reproduce, manufacture, or process materials that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, offensive, fraudulent, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with our business standards.

Artwork Quality

Customers are responsible for supplying artwork of sufficient quality and resolution for the requested product.

Low-resolution images, incorrect dimensions, unsuitable file formats, missing fonts, poor-quality graphics, incorrect colors, and other artwork problems may affect the final product.

We may advise customers of obvious artwork concerns where reasonably possible, but we are not responsible for identifying or correcting every issue in customer-supplied artwork.

Any artwork preparation, redesign, adjustment, conversion, or correction services may be subject to additional charges.

Artwork Proofs

Where applicable, Awan Prints may provide a digital artwork proof before production begins.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all aspects of the proof, including:

  • Spelling

  • Grammar

  • Names

  • Telephone numbers

  • Website addresses

  • Logos

  • Images

  • Dimensions

  • Product shape

  • Layout

  • Positioning

  • Colors

  • Quantities

  • Finishing requirements

  • Other design details

Approval of a proof confirms that the customer accepts the artwork and authorizes production.

Awan Prints will not normally be responsible for errors that were visible in an approved proof.

Customers should not approve proofs until they are completely satisfied that all information and design details are correct.

Color Variations

Colors displayed on screens may differ from printed colors because digital displays and printing processes use different color systems and technologies.

Printed colors may also vary between materials, production methods, finishes, batches, and repeat orders.

While we aim to produce consistent results, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a specific color matching service has been agreed upon in writing.

Minor color differences will not normally be considered product defects.

Cutting and Manufacturing Tolerances

Custom printing, cutting, doming, and manufacturing processes may involve reasonable production tolerances.

Minor differences may occur in:

  • Dimensions

  • Cutting positions

  • Alignment

  • Print placement

  • Material thickness

  • Shape

  • Finish

  • Resin coverage

  • Product appearance

Reasonable production tolerances that do not materially affect the intended use of the product will not normally be considered defects.

Doming Resin Products

Selected products may be available with doming resin finishing.

Doming resin creates a raised, clear coating over suitable printed surfaces and can improve appearance, depth, and protection.

Customers acknowledge that domed products may have minor variations due to the production process.

These may include slight differences in resin thickness, coverage, edge appearance, clarity, curing, or surface finish.

Reasonable variations inherent in the doming process will not normally be considered manufacturing defects.

Pricing

Product prices may be displayed on our website, provided through quotations, or communicated directly to customers.

Prices may depend on product type, quantity, customization, materials, artwork, finishing options, production requirements, delivery, and other factors.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order has been accepted.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or revise the affected order where legally permitted.

Additional charges may apply for services including:

Taxes and Charges

Customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other governmental fees applicable to their orders unless otherwise agreed.

Payment

Payment methods available may vary depending on the order, customer location, and website functionality.

Orders may require full payment, partial payment, or another agreed payment arrangement before production begins.

Customers agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.

We reserve the right to delay production or delivery until required payments have been received and cleared.

Payment Security

Payments may be processed by independent payment providers, financial institutions, or other payment service partners.

Awan Prints may not directly receive or store complete payment card details.

Third-party payment providers operate according to their own terms, privacy policies, and security procedures.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, declines, errors, or security incidents caused solely by independent payment providers.

Production Times

Production times depend on product type, order quantity, artwork approval, material availability, customization, finishing requirements, and current production capacity.

Any production time provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Production generally begins after:

  • Order requirements have been confirmed

  • Required payment has been received

  • Suitable artwork has been supplied

  • Artwork proofs have been approved where applicable

  • All necessary customer information has been received

Delays caused by late artwork approval, incomplete information, payment issues, requested changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect estimated completion dates.

Urgent Orders

Urgent production services may be available for certain products.

Acceptance of an urgent order depends on production capacity, materials, artwork readiness, quantity, and other requirements.

Additional charges may apply.

An urgent production request is not guaranteed unless expressly accepted and confirmed by Awan Prints.

Order Quantities

Reasonable manufacturing variations may occur in custom production.

Where applicable, the final quantity supplied may vary slightly from the quantity ordered due to production requirements, quality control, or manufacturing processes.

Any applicable quantity tolerance will depend on the product and production method.

Delivery

Delivery methods, charges, estimated delivery times, and available destinations may vary.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Awan Prints is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other third-party events.

Risk of Loss and Damage

Responsibility for products may transfer to the customer according to applicable law and the agreed delivery arrangements.

Customers should inspect delivered packages promptly.

If products appear damaged during transportation, customers should retain the packaging, take clear photographs, and notify us as soon as reasonably possible through our Contact Us page.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.

If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, refusal of delivery, unavailable recipients, or failure to collect a package, additional delivery charges may apply.

We are not responsible for loss, delays, or additional costs caused by inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.

Inspection of Orders

An order may not be cancelled after artwork preparation, material ordering, printing, cutting, doming, manufacturing, or other production work has started.

Requested changes after order confirmation may affect pricing, production schedules, delivery dates, and product availability.

Changes may not be possible once production has started.
